These draft terms explain how the Flowmatica concept would work. They require review by qualified counsel before launch.
Flowmatica analyzes information from websites and connected advertising accounts to surface potential issues, evidence, and suggested next steps. The service is decision support, not a managed advertising service.
You must provide accurate information, protect your login, and have authority to connect any website or advertising account you submit. You remain responsible for your advertising accounts and business decisions.
Unless you separately enable a future automation feature, Flowmatica does not send requests to create, edit, pause, or delete campaigns, ads, budgets, bids, targeting, or conversions. You may disconnect an integration at any time.
Findings are generated from available data and may be incomplete or incorrect. Review recommendations before acting. Flowmatica does not guarantee lower costs, higher revenue, savings, rankings, leads, or any other advertising result.
The currently available paid plan renews automatically as disclosed at checkout until canceled. Roadmap tiers labeled “coming soon” cannot be purchased. Media spend and third-party platform charges are not included. Subscription details, cancellation, and refund terms are in the Subscription Terms.
Do not connect accounts without permission, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected parts of the service, or use it in violation of law or third-party terms.
The service may change, experience downtime, or discontinue features. When a change materially affects a paid subscription, notice and any rights required by applicable law will be provided.
Any limitation of liability, warranty disclaimer, governing law, dispute terms, business identity, address, and contact details must be completed by counsel for the launch jurisdictions. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Questions may be sent to legal@flowmatica.example. This prototype address is not monitored.
This draft makes connected-data use explicit. Retention periods, vendors, transfer mechanisms, and business identity must be finalized before launch.
We collect account and contact details you provide, public website content, confirmed business details and goals, payment status from a payment processor, product usage, support communications, and data retrieved from integrations you choose to connect.
When you connect Google Ads, Flowmatica retrieves campaign configuration, ads and assets, targeting, budgets and bidding settings, performance statistics, conversion configuration, account metadata, and destination URLs as needed to provide the requested audit. We do not use Google Ads data for unrelated advertising or sell it.
We use information to understand your business, provide and improve findings, secure the service, communicate with you, process subscriptions, comply with law, and provide support.
We share information only with processors needed to operate the service, when you direct us, during a valid business transaction with appropriate protections, or where legally required. A production policy must name material processor categories and provide all disclosures required by applicable law.
OAuth credentials and connected data must be encrypted, access-controlled, logged, and retained only as long as needed for the service or legal obligations. No security method is perfect.
You can disconnect Google Ads and request subscription cancellation from the authenticated audit controls. A production policy must state the supported process for account/data requests and the applicable retention and backup windows before launch; the current prototype does not implement self-service account deletion.
Privacy requests may be sent to privacy@flowmatica.example. A production launch must identify the controller, address, and applicable regional contact.
The short version: the price of the monthly plan you select is charged now and renews monthly until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the current paid period.
By completing checkout, you authorize Flowmatica to charge the exact plan price displayed in your order summary today and each month until you cancel. Taxes may be added where required. The plan, renewal date, currency, and amount will be shown before payment and in your account.
Monitor — $99/month is the only currently purchasable plan. It covers one website and the selected Google Ads account and unlocks every standard finding in the completed audit, including evidence, affected items, and prioritized recommended next steps. Access remains available while the subscription is active. Growth ($249) and Scale ($999) are non-purchasable roadmap previews; their planned capabilities are not part of the current service. Google media spend and third-party charges are separate.
You can request cancellation from the authenticated controls shown with your audit/account at any time. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid that charge. The interface reports the provider-confirmed request and access-end timing; cancellation does not automatically disconnect Google Ads.
Payments for a current subscription period are non-refundable after immediate access to the digital audit service begins, except where required by applicable law. This policy does not limit any statutory right, including rights relating to defective, misdescribed, or unavailable services.
Where applicable, checkout asks you to expressly request that the digital service begin immediately and to acknowledge the effect this may have on a withdrawal or cancellation right. If local law provides a right that cannot be waived, that right still applies.
A future price change would apply only after clear advance notice and any consent required by law. It would not silently change the amount authorized at checkout.
